Phyllis Bresler, a veteran proposal manager and writer with over 25 years of experience, founded PW Communications in 1996 in response to major voids in the proposal consulting arena: vetting proposal professionals, setting performance standards, and compensating consultants promptly and fairly.
Over the years, we have supported over 250 clients on proposal efforts for contracts as large as $10+ billion. We have also built a diverse, highly selective network of Executive Consultants that advise clients on navigating the federal market.
Since 2006, clients have also come to rely on PW Communications as a subcontractor on critical defense, intelligence, and security programs.
