All prospective consultants undergo a thorough vetting process, including phone and in-person interviews, reference checks and background checks. We require our consultants to have a minimum of 3-5 years of proposal experience, to ensure no "on-the-job" training at the time and expense of our clients.

Our clients always come first. This mission informs every aspect of our business, including our staffing process. We never over-staff, and if we don't have the right candidate for an assignment, we take a pass rather than risk our reputation with the wrong placement. 

We carefully and efficiently tailor our staffing solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Some clients keep no full-time proposal personnel on staff and outsource all proposal operations efforts to PW Communications on an as-needed basis, in turn substantially reducing overhead expenses. This flexibility is especially well-suited for smaller companies. Other clients maintain large in-house proposal teams and turn to us as a resource to augment their existing staff, particularly in surge situations.
