IMP/IMS Lead
- Lead the development of the integrated master plan (IMP) to demonstrate the program is structured to be executable within schedule and cost constraints and with acceptable risk correlated with the WBS and SOW
- Ensure IMP is an event-oriented representation of integrated product development – each activity encompasses all appropriate functional disciplines
- Ensure the IMP includes any assumptions / guidelines and a dictionary of definitions for selected events and action verbs used within the accomplishment criteria
- The integrated master schedule (IMS) will contain, at a minimum, all events, accomplishments and criteria contained in the IMP. The IMS will also contain tasks subordinate to the criteria and any additional detail to enhance a rigorous schedule management process, facilitate the identification of task interdependencies and provide additional insight through the use of critical path analysis
- Work closely with all members of the proposal team and cognizant organizations to ensure a viable end product IMP/IMS
