Conceptual Designer

• Create graphical illustrations derived from input supplied by members of the proposal team
• Interpret technical and management stories conceptually and create graphic solutions that are easily evaluated and adhere to the RFP evaluation criteria
• Determine logical organization, sequence, consistency, format, and style
• Must possess expert communication skills and may serve in a lead role overseeing and directing a team of graphic artists

Graphic Designer

• Review, recommend and interpret art specification requirements and determine the level of graphics required
• Establish quality controls and standards
• Determine logical organization, sequence, consistency, format, and style
• Create graphical guidelines consistent with the RFP
• Direct graphic art generation and integration into final document, prepare cover design and spines, integrate photographs, and prepare soft copy as necessary
• Coordinate, review, and rework of the final art
• Proficient use of the current versions of popular graphics software
• Lead artist serves as liaison between graphic art department and proposal manager or coordinator
