Phyllis Orenstein Bresler is the founder and president of P.W. Communications, Inc. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Bresler has over 20 years of proposal management experience. She has supported major proposal efforts for some of the nation’s largest companies.

After working as an independent proposal consultant for over 8 years, Ms. Bresler established P.W. Communications in 1996 to fill a major void in the ever-growing personnel outsourcing community. As a seasoned proposal consultant, Ms. Bresler was all too familiar with the limited resources available to companies with immediate needs to enhance an important proposal effort. Thus, P.W. Communications was born.

Under the direction of Ms. Bresler, P.W. Communications provides proposal management, writing, editing, graphics, and desktop publishing services to businesses nationwide. P.W. Communications assists companies in writing and producing winning proposals in response to formal Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from both the Federal Government and commercial entities. Established in 1996 and based in Bethesda, MD, the company's current roster of clients includes Fortune 100 companies as well as a number of smaller businesses based in Metropolitan Washington, D.C.
