President and CEO

Phyllis Orenstein Bresler founded PW Communications in 1996 to fill a void in personnel outsourcing. Ms. Bresler has more than 20 years of experience managing and writing proposals for a variety of government agencies, such as the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security. She has worked on some of the largest government procurements ever released for bid. Ms. Bresler is a member of the Women Presidents' Organization and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Wendy J. Grooms

Vice President

Wendy Grooms is Vice President of PW Communications. She joined the company in 1997 after a 25-year career in business administration and corporate communications, including 23 years at TRW where she served as business manager for their corporate Proposal Operations Department. In that position, she was responsible for proposal and project staffing, development and cost analysis, budget tracking, and financial profiles for multi-million dollar government procurements.
